Internet-based data transfers can generally have security gaps, so that absolute protection of personal data cannot be guaranteed. We have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures for the processing in order to ensure the most complete protection possible for the personal data processed via this website. Data processing is based on the current state of the art. We check it regularly and continuously develop it further.

To ensure the security of data processing and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that in the address line of the browser there is an "https://" instead of "http://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

We use this technology to protect your transmitted data.

VI. Origin of the personal data

We can receive personal data from you in the following ways:

1.  Information provided by you

If you provide information about yourself when using our website, we will receive this information. Providing this information is always voluntary. However, you may need to provide various pieces of personal information in order to take certain actions.

2. Automatically collected and generated data

When you use our website, data is automatically collected and generated.

3. Data collected by third parties

We can also receive information from third parties. On the one hand we receive personal data from Google Analytics (see below), on the other hand we can also receive the respective analysis data of the respective social media page if you use them (see below).

VII. Scope, purpose, legal basis and, if applicable, recipient and third country transfer of the respective processing of personal data

1. General

In the following we give you an overview of which personal data we process. For this purpose, we show to what extent, for what purposes and on the basis of what legal basis we process personal data. We also state which third-party providers we use to receive your data.

We will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless this is permitted by law (e.g. because this is necessary for the execution of the contract).

The processing of your personal data can be based on the following legal bases:

  • Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose.
  • If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a contract to which you are a party, the processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b) GDPR . The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
  • If we are subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, the processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 lit. c) GDPR .
  • If the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, the processing is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter d) GDPR.
  • If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or is carried out in the exercise of official authority that has been transferred to the person responsible, Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. e) GDPR is the appropriate Legal basis.
  • Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR . Processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of us, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not prevail.

As far as we transmit personal data for processing in a third country, we ensure compliance with Art. 44 ff. GDPR, that means we must check before any transfer of personal data to third parties in a country outside the EU or the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) whether an adequate level of protection is ensured. This can be guaranteed by the fact that the EU Commission has passed an adequacy decision or that the transfer to third countries is permissible according to other guarantees regulated in Art 46 ff. Copies of these guarantees can be requested from us (see the section entitled “Responsible”).

The anonymous data in the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

5. Embedding of third-party content

a. Youtube

We have integrated components from YouTube on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that enables video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, as well as music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.

YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Each time you visit one of the individual pages of this website that is operated by us and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on your IT system is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to display the corresponding download to the YouTube component from YouTube. Further information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google gain knowledge of which specific subpage of our website you are visiting.

If the person concerned is logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website you are visiting by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to your YouTube account.

YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that you have visited our website if you are logged into YouTube at the same time as you access our website; this takes place regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent the transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our website.

These processing operations take place when the express consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Please note that your data will be transmitted to the USA. There is a particular risk here that supervisory authorities can gain access to your personal data. In addition, your rights as a data subject can be more difficult to enforce.

Instagram uses this data for analysis and advertising purposes.

If you log out of your Instagram account, your access data cannot be specifically assigned to your Instagram account (however, a transmission takes place in this case as well.)
